We grew up in families that had good relationships with their neighbors and spent time with friends, family and people in the community. So, we do too! We like meeting new people and learning more about their family.
Honesty is the best policy!
We don't just say we are honest, we are! If you feel you have found the perfect fence company, at least get a second opinion. We have found many times that the bid a fence company will provide for a customer is very costly. Sometimes thousands more than is nessessary. If you have already had a new fence built, we are happy to inspect the workmanship and fix any issues. In our experience, this is one of the main reasons fences will start to fail. Poor workmanship and a halfhearted job.
I just need a cheap fence put in, why should I have you fix mine if the cost is about the same?
We are the people that get called to repair those fences. "Cheap" fences. The fences that have not even been up a year and already have problems. The gates that sag and scrape the ground because they were not built properly. The posts that were not set in cement or set in the ground deep enough so they are leaning and loose. The 2x4's with 1 screw in each end instead of 2, so they end up all twisted and warped! Super low quality lumber... And last but not least, (this one happens all the time) not sealing the fence to give it the best and longest life. Just an FYI the same people that build the cheap fences, also build the expensive fences. We find these problems in some of the expensive fences too. Sometimes it is all in who you hire.
